Werlissa wicker bag, women’s handbag, picnic basket with handles TheWickerStories

Oval, medium-sized woven wicker bag with two handles. It combines the function of a practical wicker handbag and a lightweight carry basket. The open design provides quick access to contents, and the stable shape makes it easy to set down on a flat surface. To keep it clean, simply wipe the wicker regularly with a lightly damp cloth. Dimensions: 30×16 H:20/29 (cm).

For everyday use it works perfectly as a light and stylish women’s wicker handbag. It’s handy, comfortable to carry and fits essentials like a wallet, phone, cosmetics pouch or glasses. It’s a practical accessory for a walk, a trip to the market, outdoor meet-ups or small shopping trips. It can also serve as a lightweight picnic or beach bag, holding snacks, drinks, a book, sunglasses and small accessories you want close at hand. It can also be used as a small wicker shopping basket for quick purchases such as bread, fruit or small items.

Unlike popular materials such as rattan, seagrass, reed, straw, water hyacinth or bamboo, our products are made from authentic Polish wicker – natural, durable and valued for their exceptional quality and timeless character.

The basket was made in the European Union from natural wicker following Polish weaving traditions inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The whole piece has been painted pink with safe, certified paints.
