An elegant wicker firewood basket delights with its precise weave and careful finish. The sides form a stable guard and the interior is lined with a thick jute edging that traps bark particles and ash. A wide, sturdy handle provides a secure grip. The stable base allows you to safely place the basket next to the hearth.
Made from selected European wicker, prized for its flexibility and durability. Each piece is handwoven in the EU, guaranteeing precision and high quality. The natural materials are renewable and eco-friendly. Jute, a plant fiber, is breathable and completes the product’s eco-conscious concept.
The basket makes it easy to carry and store logs and kindling right beside the fireplace. You’ll appreciate the open construction when you need to quickly add wood and check supplies, while the jute lining protects the interior from dirt. The ergonomic handle allows comfortable one-handed carrying. Smoothly finished edges increase user comfort.
It works well in the living room, a holiday cottage or beside a freestanding stove; out of season it doubles as storage for blankets, magazines or toys. The neutral aesthetic suits classic, modern and Scandinavian styles. Thoughtful dimensions provide capacity without cluttering space. The lining is not removable and is not suitable for machine washing, but is easy to care for — regular vacuuming or dry brushing is sufficient, and for minor stains gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent and allow to air dry.
