Mivella wicker basket with jute trim and handles TheWickerStories

This hand-woven wicker basket combines functionality, aesthetics and eco-friendliness in your home. Made from natural willow, it delights with a classic look and careful craftsmanship, bringing a warm, natural touch to your interior. Dimensions: 52×43 H:30 (cm).

The basket was made in the European Union from natural willow according to Polish weaving traditions inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Equipped with two comfortable handles and a fixed trim that — while not removable — is easy to care for; regular vacuuming or dry brushing is enough, and for light soiling simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

The basket offers large capacity and versatile uses. It is ideal for storing fireplace wood, fruit, vegetables or nuts, for stylishly displaying bread in paper sleeves, and as a base for seasonal decorations — from Easter arrangements with dried ornaments and painted eggs to autumn compositions with cones, mini pumpkins and dried elements.

Thanks to sturdy handles it can be easily carried and positioned anywhere in the home to suit your décor. Unlike popular materials such as rattan, reed, cane, straw, water hyacinth or bamboo, our products are made from authentic Polish willow — natural, durable and prized for their distinctive quality and timeless character.
